First of all, we warmly welcome our customers, coming through websites, social media, or phone calls and we listen to their requirements thoroughly. Then we suggest specific products, quantities, and quality suitable to the requirement and send them a proper estimate of charges. After confirmation from clients, we request all the data required for design. Then our creative team puts in the effort and makes a proper design as requested, after getting feedback from the client, the production team happily starts the process of printing and packaging. And with the help of hardworking delivery agents, the client receives the final product at their requested location.
Once you place an order our creative team keeps in touch with you and collects all the necessary data from you. It may include photos, images, bitmaps, logo, and all other detailed information which should get included in design work.
With your concern, we use data provided by you in design, once it is done we NEVER use, sell or rent your data to anyone, neither personally nor as an aspect of the business. We take your privacy very seriously.
It's great that you have the design ready. You can always share it with us; the only condition is it should be in the editable format.
We have almost all sizes (from XS to 4XL) for all apparel products. Likewise we have a wide range of colours available for your requirement. Our team surely discusses and helps you out through this while placing the order. Since we provide complete customization, we always try to fulfill all your specific requirements.
We have complete customization for sizes, orientations and shapes for all products. Though there are some standard sizes for products related to paper printing and we always ask you size and orientation before processing.
GSM stands for grams per square metre is simply the metric measurement of the weight of a fabric and/or paper. This measurement helps one decide on the best weight to buy, considering the usage of the material at hand. The higher the GSM, the heavier and thicker the paper and/or fabric.
We have products with different MOQ's (Minimum Order Quantity). So you just have to enquire for those particular products and the quantity you want then we will make all arrangements for you. Buying in quantity always decreases the rates. Some products come with defined quantity and multiple of that quantity.
After placing order our creative team will discuss and take notes of all your requirements and accordingly present you the best design. You can always ask for any possible changes and it will be done by the team. Once the team takes your confirmation about the design, you will get suggestions on material and types. Using the most perfect and suitable material, the production team will complete the printing task. We are here to provide the best of what we do and take care of your requirements.
Colours may vary, please do not compare the final printed product with designed soft copy. It is impossible to guarantee 100% colour accuracy. Most people are surprised at how well their print job matches what they see. But because of wide differences in screen calibration and the different technologies used, some printed colours may not exactly match the colours of design proofs sent to you.
Your need and urgency matters to us the most. The timeline varies from product to product; it may also depend on the nature of your feedback on every step of the process. We always inform you of the estimated time of delivery and always try to complete the order before the promise date. There is no charge for delivery.
When it comes to payment our company has structured some rules. These rules make the procedure effortless for both the ends (i.e. you the customer and we the company). They are as follows: 60% of the total payable amount should be paid in advance (while placing order) and the remaining 40% amount should be paid at the time of delivery.
You simply get notified from time to time by our teams with your ongoing particular work. The company operations on your work are step by step stated below: Marketing team will send you a proper estimate according to requirements of products and services you enquired. Creative team will collect the data and information to develop the design as per requirement and take feedback for the same. Production team will work on the designed/ prototyped work and develop a final product then a package will be ready to meet you at your desired place.
